CITY CENTRE PROJECT
The City Centre Project (CCP) undertakes work with vulnerable young people aged 16 – 25 who are homeless, who have experienced homelessness or who are at risk of homelessness. The CCP works in partnership with other voluntary and statutory organisations to deliver services to young homeless people in across the whole of Glasgow. It provides a tenancy sustainment service to young people who have secured permanent accommodation to enable them to continue to live in that accommodation in the longer term.
Our main opening hours are between 8am and 5pm. However, outwith these times, appointments can be made, by prior arrangement, to meet the needs of young people who are socially excluded and to assist them to access services that they require.
Agencies can refer service users directly to us or young people can make self-referrals.
If you need any further details, please call the project and speak with any member of staff who will be happy to provide you with the information you require.
